I was in Tanzania recently, and while there I watched the process of carving a beautiful sculpture at a local soapstone workshop. Writer’s modern incarnation is somehow both very similar and very different from the app’s original vision. They’ve also made their way to Android, and are currently contemplating a web version too. It started as a single app, became two apps, and then merged back into one app that brought together the best aspects of the former Classic and Pro variants. With that out of the way, let’s see what’s new in each of the two apps.
